Open Management will be on stage at this year’s IMN Manufactured Housing East Conference, September 9–10, 2026, in Nashville. CEO Michelle Oppelt and Chief of Staff Erica Stehli are both speaking. Directors Blake Wilson, and Jim Elder will also be attending the event.
Michelle built Open Management as an owner-operator before the company ever managed a community for someone else. She built the platform to manage over 6,000 MH lots and infill nearly 1,000 homes — before opening it up to third-party clients.
Erica was brought on to lead the day to day operational side of that same platform – figuring out how to automate, centralize, and systemize every component that goes into managing with excellence and hitting targeting KPIs for all properties and their owners.
Why We’re Going
IMN’s Manufactured Housing East Conference brings together the operators, owners, and investors shaping the manufactured housing industry – exactly the people we built Open Management to serve. We go to these conferences because the best insight into what owners actually need doesn’t come from a dashboard or OM, it comes from a conversation. If you manage or invest in manufactured housing, we’d love to compare notes. What’s working, what isn’t, and where you think the industry is headed next.
If you’ll be at IMN this September, find Michelle, Erica, Blake or Jim and say hello. To book a time during the event to speak with our Director of Growth Operations, use this link.
